1. Return Policy

a. Perishable Products (Milk, Curd, Paneer, etc.):

Due to the nature of fresh and perishable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and accepted.

However, returns may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Product was delivered damaged, spoiled, or expired.
  • Product was incorrect or missing from your order.

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue.


2. Refund Policy

a. When Are Refunds Applicable?

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You cancel your order before dispatch (usually within 30 minutes of placing it).
  • The item delivered is wrong, damaged, or spoiled, and you report it within the specified time.
  • The order could not be delivered due to a mistake from our side.

b. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
  • In some cases, we may offer a credit or discount coupon for future purchases, based on customer preference.

c. Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are initiated within 2–3 working days after approval.
  • It may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

3. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order from the “My Orders” section or by contacting our customer support.
  • Orders once dispatched cannot be canceled or refunded, unless the product is faulty or undelivered.
